Lady Wellness was founded by Terry L. Vanyo in 1997. After 15 years in the industry he felt the women’s market was missing the type of club they deserved. An upscale state of the art facility with all the amenities of a co-ed health club and day spa combined into one gorgeous, comfortable environment for women. Terry’s health club expertise helped him design the first Lady Wellness which opened in January of 1998. Terry partnered with hotel mogul and one of Forbe’s 400 richest, Gary Tharaldson, from inception. By building over 350 hotels, Gary's incredible business insight has made him the largest hotel developer and management company for hotels in the world. Gary's keen business and finance sense, along with Terry's vision, were critical in bringing Lady Wellness to it’s current free-standing building prototype as you see today. Lady Wellness is currently looking to expand in areas with the right demographics.
